Women`s Brixen Run

Description

The Women's Brixen Run is more than just a race – it's a powerful movement, a vibrant celebration of community, and a strong expression of female solidarity. Every year on the eve of the Brixen Dolomites Marathon, the city center of Brixen transforms into a high-energy running arena exclusively for women. In 2025, this popular women's run will take place for the 13th time – a testament to its growing popularity and outstanding quality. Last year, nearly 750 women took part, uniting under the motto "Women run for women" to make a powerful statement.

The course loops through the heart of Brixen, with one lap measuring 2.1 kilometers—run twice for a total distance of approximately 4.2 kilometers. It’s flat, fast, and suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're chasing a personal best or chatting with your best friend as you jog, the focus is on the shared experience just as much as the finish time.

A special highlight: €5 of each entry fee is donated directly to a woman in Brixen or the surrounding area who is currently in urgent need of support. This way, the Women's Brixen Run combines a passion for running with real social impact—showing just how much women can achieve together.
