Run away from the daily grind - at the USee Run Düsseldorf! If you love exercise, nature and community, the USee Run at Unterbacher See is just your thing. Surrounded by greenery, on varied paths around the water and through the Ellerforst forest, a running experience awaits you that is more than just a competition.

You can choose between the 5.8 km fun run, which is ideal for beginners who want to run at their own pace. Or you can take on the 10 km main run, where you can show what you're made of.

It doesn't matter whether you're aiming for your best time or enjoying the course with friends: You can expect a well-marked course, a warm atmosphere, digital timekeeping and a high-quality finisher's medal. There will be refreshment stations along the way and at the finish line - including non-alcoholic finisher beer!

The start and finish area is Strandbad Süd. There you will find everything you need: changing rooms, showers, lockers (with their own lock) and a cosy café to round off the day.
