The Sparkassen Alb Marathon Schwäbisch Gmünd has been held since 1991, making it one of the most traditional races in the region. The Sparkassen Alb Marathon offers you a choice of four distances - 5 km, 10 km, 25 km and 50 km - all of which are really tough. Participants in the Alb Marathon in Schwäbisch Gmünd should therefore be in very good physical condition.
The Sparkassen Alb Marathon in Schwäbisch Gmünd is not an easy run and is not necessarily suitable for beginners. Both distances are challenging for runners and have 740 and 1,100 metres of altitude to overcome respectively.
