Description
The Altach New Year's Eve Run is a traditional New Year's Eve run that has been organised for over 25 years. Every year, around 2,200 participants take part in the Altach New Year's Eve run, taking part in the last sporting competition of the year and running together for a good cause.
With 2,200 participants, the New Year's Eve run in Altach is one of the largest running events in Vorarlberg and is also the second largest New Year's Eve run in the whole of Austria.
There are two different running distances to choose from at the Altach New Year's Eve run. You can take part in the 6 km or the 12 km run. The running route is a circular course, which you have to run round once or twice depending on the distance you choose. By taking part, you will also be supporting various aid organisations in Vorarlberg, which will receive part of the proceeds.
