Description
After five successful years, the Sauwald TRAIL is returning to Schardenberg again this year. As a participant, you can look forward to a fantastic trail running event at the Sauwald TRAIL, which leads through beautiful nature with fabulous views, unique running passages and great trails. A unique running experience is guaranteed at the Sauwald TRAIL.
You can choose one of two trail runs for the Sauwald TRAIL. You can take part in the 13 km trail run for beginners or the 46 km ultra run for professionals. While you have to overcome 300 metres of elevation gain on the 13 km trail run, the 46 km trail run has 1,300 metres of elevation gain. The running route itself is very varied and culminates in a breathtaking view of the Danube valley. Regardless of which of the two trail runs you choose, you should be in good training condition to be able to cope with the physical demands of the Sauwald TRAIL.
