Description
Take on the challenge of the ‘Run an die Kohle’ in Boppard! This demanding cross-country mountain run takes you over a 5.1 km route with an elevation gain of 400 metres through the picturesque forests of the Mühl valley. The varied route demands a lot from you in terms of both fitness and technique and offers an intense running experience.
A special highlight is the finish at the traditional Köhlerplatz, where the charcoal pile is lit at the same time. This unique combination of sport and regional customs creates an unrivalled atmosphere at the Run an die Kohle in Boppard and makes the run a very special event.
