The PULS 300 in Külsheim is a combined running event in Baden-Württemberg that combines cross-country running and obstacle running in one running event. You can choose whether you want to take part in the 10 km cross-country race or the 6 km obstacle course at the PULS 300.
The PULS 300 is a running event for young and old, where runners of all fitness levels get their money's worth. The cross-country race is a circuit that has to be run around three times and has an elevation gain of 300 metres. The 6-kilometre obstacle course is cross-country and there are numerous artificial obstacles to overcome, but they are manageable for everyone.
