Murtal24 in Zeltweg

The Murtal24 is an ultra run with a very special event concept. At the Murtal, you don't run cross-country on the prairie, but do your laps on the asphalt circuit of the sports centre in Zeltweg (Austria, Styria). With this concept, the Murtal24 has met with great enthusiasm in the running scene.

As a participant, the Murtal24 gives you the opportunity to experience ultra running in a different way. You decide for yourself in which time frame you want to cover which distance. There are four options to choose from.

Murtal24 competitions:

• 2 hours individual
• 6 hours individual or relay
• 12 hours individual or relay
• 24 hour individual or relay

The running course itself is an asphalted circuit that is 1,337.75 km long, floodlit and officially measured. This means that the Murtal24 is primarily aimed at runners who want to cover the maximum distance, but not a particularly exotic route. With the 5.2 km LadiesNightRun, the ladies also have the opportunity to fight for a place on the podium in a separate category.

So if you want to put your pure running ability to the test, there's no way around taking part in the Murtal24.
