Description
The Einstein Marathon in Ulm is one of the largest running events in Baden Württemberg. This year alone, the Einstein Marathon is expecting a field of around 15,000 participants. This makes the Einstein Marathon in Ulm one of the biggest running events that southern Germany has to offer.
The Einstein Marathon has been held in Ulm since 2005 and is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. The running course runs through numerous green spaces as well as through urban areas of Ulm, which give the Einstein Marathon a special kind of running experience. In addition to the marathon, there is also a half marathon, a 10 km fun run and a 5 km run, which means that both competitive runners and amateur athletes will get their money's worth at the Einstein Marathon.
The men's course record is held by Anton Kosmai with a time of 2:20:07. Giovanna Ricotta holds the women's course record at the Einstein Marathon with a time of 2:50:39.
