Description

The Lucerne City Run is one of the most beautiful and popular city runs in the whole of Switzerland. This is also reflected in its long-standing existence and the extremely high number of participants. The city run in Lucerne is being held for the 47th time this season. Every year, around 15,000 participants line up at the start to make sure they don't miss out on this sporting event.

The highlight of the Lucerne City Run is clearly the 7 km main run. This runs right through the streets of Lucerne's old town and gives you a gigantic running experience that you have certainly never had before. In addition to the numerous sights you will pass during the run, you can also look forward to a gigantic atmosphere at the roadside. After all, thousands of spectators line the edge of the running route just to give you their full support. Most of the running route itself runs directly along the water, so you can already look forward to a unique panoramic view during the Lucerne City Run.
