Description

The adidas TERREX INFINITE TRAILS in Gastein in Salzburger Land (Austria) are returning to Gastein this year after six successful years. Every year, participants from almost 50 nations take part in this international trail running event to experience an unforgettable trail weekend. Fittingly, the official motto of the adidas TERREX INFINITE TRAILS is #CELEBRATETHESPORT.

It's not just the landscape that is unique at the adidas TERREX INFINITE TRAILS in Gastein. The race format is also a real novelty in the entire trail running scene. In a team consisting of 3 people, each team member must complete one of three laps alone. The teams can consist of men, women or a mixed relay team. The individual laps differ in terms of distance and the altitude metres to be completed. In total, each team has to cover 100 km and overcome 7,600 metres in altitude. How you divide up the laps with the different distances and altitude metres is up to you and the individual performance of each team member.

But individual runners can also take part in the adidas TERREX INFINITE TRAILS and choose from one of four route lengths. You can choose from a 15 km run with an elevation gain of 900 metres, a 30 km run with an elevation gain of 1,900 metres, a 45 km run with an elevation gain of 3,000 metres and a 60 km run with an elevation gain of 5,000 metres.

Afterwards, you can look forward to the After-Race-Kaiserschmarrn-Party on the summit of the Stubnerkogel, where you can round off the unforgettable Race Day together with all the participants.
