HELL & BACK is renowned as Ireland's toughest physical and mental endurance challenge, set against the stunning backdrop of the Killruddery Estate in Bray, County Wicklow. Participants can choose between an 8 km or 13 km course, each meticulously designed to test resilience and teamwork. The routes combine brutal man-made obstacles with Killruddery's rugged natural terrain—featuring lakes, mountains, bogs, and forests—for a challenge unlike any other.
