With over 12,000 participants, the Hella Hamburg Half Marathon is one of the largest running events in Germany - and is even the second largest half marathon in the country. What makes the Hella Hamburg Half Marathon special? Without a doubt: the atmosphere. Over the 21.1 kilometres, you will experience Hamburg up close - with around 50 famous sights along the route and countless atmospheric nests. DJs, live bands, acrobats, drummers and samba groups turn the run into a real party on tarmac. There will be cheering, dancing and celebrating - from the start line to the finish.
