Womens run in Dresden

Description

The women's run in Dresden has long since become a firm institution among the running events in Dresden. The Dresden Women's Run has been held since 2012 and, like every year, is a real highlight among women's runs in Germany. A total of around 2,500 runners take part in the women's run in Dresden.

The reason for this is the unique route. The impressive backdrop of the Semper Opera House forms the start and finish area. From there, you will set off to explore some of Dresden's sights on foot. The route itself is a 5-kilometre circuit that has to be completed either once or twice. You will be cheered on not only by the many spectators, but also by the numerous samba bands and drummers lining the route If you feel inspired by the atmosphere to run a new best time, you are welcome to do so. For all other participants, the women's run in Dresden is all about having fun.
