The Dünenläufer Ostseelauf is an absolute top highlight among the running events on the Baltic Sea. The Dünenläufer Ostseelauf is held in the idyllic town of Graal-Müritz, which is usually very popular with Baltic Sea holidaymakers in summer. Since its premiere in 2016, the Dünenläufer Ostseelauf has enjoyed a steadily growing fan base, which will once again help to make the Dünenläufer Ostseelauf a complete success this year.
The running course at the Dünenläufer Ostseelauf can be described as quite challenging, as it runs completely off the road. The run takes place directly behind the beach dunes, in the upland moor and along the promenade. A great cross-country run right by the Baltic Sea awaits you at this event, which you are sure to remember for a long time. There are three disciplines to choose from: a 9 km, a 24 km and a 43.5 km run. This means that not only beginners will get their money's worth at the Dünenläufer Ostseelauf, but also all experienced marathon runners who want to run a marathon on a natural surface. In the main event, the time is measured at the marathon mark at kilometre 42.195.

Da wir (mein Freund und ich) ja aus dem Süden Deutschlands kommen und zufällig zu der Zeit im Urlaub in Graal-Müritz (meinem Geburts.Ort) weilten, haben wir natürlich diesen Lauf "mitgenommen" :-) Anstrengend, da Crosslauf, aber wunderschön. Sollte es sich zeitlich wieder ergeben, laufen wir gerne wieder diesen tollen Lauf mit! Leider sind noch immer keine Bilder online und es wurde offenbar auch sehr wenig fotografiert von offizieller Seite. Das ist schade :-(
