Description
The Three-Country Run in Arenshausen (Thuringia) takes you directly through the three federal states of Thuringia, Lower Saxony and Hesse. The Three-Country Run has been organised since 1990 and today brings together a small but loyal running community consisting of several hundred participants.
The Three-Country Run offers several running distances, with the 5 km and the 13 km run being the main races. While the 5 km event is a turning point run, the 13 km run is completed on a circular course.
