Description
The Cocoonlauf is still a young cross-country race, which is only being organised for the fifth time this season. The location is the beautiful village of Maria Saal, which lies in the heart of Carinthia in Austria. The proximity to nature is the hallmark of the Cocoonlauf, which is why this cross-country race is particularly suitable for those of you who enjoy being out in nature and looking to relax there.
There are two running distances to choose from at the Cocoonlauf. You can choose between a 5 km and a 10 km run.
The running route is mainly on gravel paths, but also includes sections on tarmac. With only 40 metres of elevation gain, the Cocoonlauf offers excellent conditions to welcome both beginners and more experienced cross-country runners. A cross-country race for everyone.
