Celler Wasa Lauf

Description

The Celle Wasa Lauf is an international fun run, which is being organised for the 41st time this year. As a city run, the race leads directly through the picturesque town centre of Celle, which is why it is no wonder that almost 10,000 participants take part in the Wasa Lauf in Celle every year. This makes the Celle Wasa Lauf one of the largest running events in the whole of Lower Saxony.

You have the opportunity to register for one of four running distances. You can take part in the 5 km, 10 km, 15 km or 20 km run. The running course is a 5 km circuit that leads directly through the centre of Celle. Depending on the distance you choose, you will have to run round the circuit once or several times. The running route itself is very attractive as it leads past numerous historical sights in Celle. However, it is not only the participants who make the Wasa Lauf in Celle a huge running event, but also the spectators. A total of around 30,000 spectators cheer on the runners at this traditional running event.
