Description
The Bystopen Attacke is now a well-established obstacle course with a long tradition. Just like last year, you can look forward to an action-packed obstacle course at the Bystopen Attacke, which will put Waake and the surrounding area into turmoil. A total of almost 500 participants will take part in the Bystopen Attacke in Waake.
There are two distances to choose from at the Bystopen Attacke. You can either take part in the 5 km or the 10 km obstacle course. The running course itself is a 5 km circuit that leads over forest and meadow paths. You have to overcome around 30 artificial and natural obstacles per lap. These require strength and skill and assume that you can swim. In addition to the obstacles, you also have to overcome a 387 metre high hill in Göttingen Forest. So you're guaranteed to have burning calves and thighs, which is why you shouldn't start the Bystopen Attack completely untrained.
