The ENNI Brunnenlauf in Sonsbeck is a real traditional run that can look back on over 30 years of tradition in the tranquil town of Sonsbeck. Just last year, the Brunnenlauf set a new record with 1,669 participants. A clear sign that the Brunnenlauf has firmly established itself in the annual running calendar of the local running scene.
There are two running distances to choose from at the Brunnenlauf in Sonsbeck. You can take part in the 5 km or the 10 km run. Both running distances are a 2 km circuit through Sonsbeck. For the 10 km run, you have to complete 5 laps. You can look forward to a real city run at the Brunnenlauf, where there is a great atmosphere not only on but also off the running course.
