The Bog Commander is no ordinary obstacle course—it's a 6km explosion of mud-covered fun, set on a working hill farm with jaw-dropping views and even more jaw-dropping challenges. From crawling through watery tunnels to plunging down the infamous death slide, every inch of the course is designed to push your limits and ignite your spirit.
More than 30 obstacles await, blending natural terrain with man-made madness—including the legendary bouncing bogs and a thrilling ride on the longest zip wire in the Peak District. But Bog Commander is about more than just the obstacles. It’s about camaraderie, laughter, and the unforgettable moments forged in mud and shared effort. Whether you're taking it on solo or alongside friends, family, or colleagues, you’ll leave the course with a medal around your neck and a story worth telling.
Those hungry for more can even run multiple laps in select waves—no pressure, just pure challenge. And for younger adventurers, there’s a dedicated Family Wave, where participants aged 12 and up can take on the full course with a parent or guardian by their side.
