The Barum Stick and Stone Obstacle Race is a small obstacle race that can already look back on a 10-year tradition in Barum. The Barum Stick and Stone obstacle race has thus become a firm institution among the regional running events.
The course of the Barum Stick and Stone obstacle race leads across country through a very varied terrain consisting of forest sections and a hilly landscape in the Lüneburg Heath. The course consists mainly of sand and mud. Numerous artificial and natural obstacles await you, with names such as ‘Potato Wall’, ‘Nessi's Living Room’ or ‘Paddling Pool’.

Barum ruft..wie jedes Jahr. Und es ist auch immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Der Hindernislauf macht sehr viel Spaß, aber was mir an diesem kleinen Örtchen am meisten gefällt ist die Freundlichkeit der Helfer. Vor den Barumern kann man da nur den Hut ziehen. Das ist ein tolles Team und ein sehr schön organisierter Lauf..weiter so. Ohne Grund werden es ja nicht mehr Teilnehmer jedes Jahr. Vielen Dank

War mal wieder ein toller und anspruchsvoller Lauf. :-) Ich bin seit dem ersten Lauf dabei und komme immer wieder sehr gerne nach Barum zum Stick-and-Stone-Run. Weiter so! Diesmal war der Graben auch schön voll Wasser. Ein super Cross/Hindernislauf, der gerade für Anfänger dieser Sportart sehr zu empfehlen ist.
