The Barrhorn Skyrace is the ultimate challenge for trail runners and mountain lovers. You embark on a spectacular run that takes you to an altitude of over 3,600 metres - the highest point of a skyrace in Switzerland!
With around 24 km and over 2,000 metres of altitude in the longest distance, you will push yourself to your physical and mental limits. The route takes you over steep mountain paths, craggy rocks and narrow ridge paths that will take your breath away - both because of the challenge and the magnificent views.
The route of the Barrhorn Skyrace is technically demanding and requires maximum concentration and experience, but the rewards are incredible views of the Valais Alps and the Matterhorn. From the alpine terrain to the spectacular peaks, you will experience the true beauty and wildness of the mountains.
