The Adventure Walk Saxon Switzerland (Dresden) is part of a whole series of marches consisting of a total of 3 Adventure Walks. The Adventure Walk in Saxon Switzerland is the final event in the march series and is being organised for the seventh time this year.

When taking part in the Adventure Walk in Dresden, you can choose between two Adventure Walks. You can either take on the 30-kilometre walk or venture straight into the 50-kilometre walk. The walk itself leads from Dresden through breathtaking nature that will inspire you from the first to the last metre. But even if the hiking scenery couldn't be more beautiful, you shouldn't underestimate the Adventure Walk under any circumstances. In addition to the considerable distance, there are a whopping 1,000 metres of altitude to conquer on this long walk. You should therefore have some hiking experience before tackling the 50-kilometre walk. As the Adventure Walk Saxon Switzerland takes place in the middle of autumn, you should choose your equipment carefully. Sturdy shoes and a functional rain jacket should definitely be part of your hiking luggage. By participating in the Adventure Walk, you will also be supporting a good cause, as part of the proceeds will be donated to a charitable organisation.
