The 7+1 Dutch Ultra is an ultramarathon in Heerlen, Netherlands. The event features a unique format where participants run a 7-kilometer loop every hour, starting on the hour. Runners must complete each loop within 60 minutes to advance to the next round. The competition continues until only one runner remains. Additionally, each runner must carry an item during the run that aligns with the event's "7+1" theme.
